Ingredients
2 trout filets
1 shallot
1 tablespoon parsley
1 lemon, juiced
1/2 cup heavy cream. whipped

Preparation
Pulse trout, shallot, parsley, and lemon juice in food processor.

Fold in whipped heavy cream.

Serve with crackers.
