Apricot-Ginger Dipping Sauce

1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon Fox Mustard (optional)
2-3 cloves garlic, minced
1/3 cup Vermont Maple Passions Apricot-Orange Syrup
Combine all ingredients and microwave two-three minutes until thickened in small bowl. You may also thicken in small saucepan over medium heat.
Note: This is great with any seafood, fish, poultry, beef, quick stir fry, glaze while grilling or broiling, side sauce, and dip!
