Stefano Coppola is the Chef/owner of the Morse Block Deli in downtown Barre, VT. No stranger to the kitchen, he has been working in the restaurant industry since the age of 14. Stefano has more recently been cheffing around Vermont since 2012, after earning his BA from Montpelier’s New England Culinary Institute. While at NECI, he sharpened his skills and honed his palate working for many premier Chefs like Tom Bivins of VT, and Barbara Lynch of Boston. Specializing in Vermont’s local food scene has become his passion, the sourcing and networking with local farmers and artisans has become paramount in running his own business.
