Beesting Wing Glaze

Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Barr Hill Gin
• 1 cup of Honey
• 1 Tablespoon Soy Sauce
• 1" Ginger Root, grated
• 1 Tablespoon Chili Flake
• 1 lemon, juice and zest
• Salt to taste

Directions:

Combine first 5 ingredients in a sauce pot over medium heat, whisking occasionally. Simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and whisk in lemon juice and zest. Season to taste.
