1 container Vermont Butter & Cheese Quark
2 pints assorted fresh berries
Pure Vermont Maple Syrup
Spread a layer of about two tablespoons Vermont Butter & Cheese Quark (German-style cream cheese) on the center of the crepe.
Top with favorite fresh berries and roll up.
May be served with a sauce or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
