Ingredients
1.25 oz. Paul Massin Grande Amber Brandy
0.5 oz. simple syrup
4 dashes good vanilla extract
2.25 oz. milk

Preparation
Combine all ingredients with ice and shake.  Strain into an ice-filled glass and garnish.

Use a highball or rocks glass and garnish with 2 dashes of vanilla extract and freshly grated nutmeg.

So good.
