Ingredients
1/4 white onion, roughly chopped
2-3 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch parsley
1 bunch cilantro
Salt, to taste
Oil to emulsify

Preparation
Blend all ingredients (except for oil).

While blending, slowly add oil until thick and airy.
