Cranberry Maple Poppyseed Dressing

1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
3 tablespoons Vermont Maple Passions Fruit Syrup or Cranberry-Orange Maple Syrup
1 tablespoon finely chopped scallions
1/2 cup peanut oil
Dash of salt
1 tablespoon poppy seeds
Mix all ingredients together. Shake before serving.
Great for tossed green and pasta salads, asparagus, and green beans.
