Creme Fraiche Cucumber Dill Sauce

Ingredients
1 cup Vermont Butter & Cheese crème fraiche
1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped into small cubes
Salt and pepper, to taste
Capers
2 tablespoons fresh dill
Preparation
Put all ingredients into a bowl and mix lightly to blend.
Serve on Blackened Cod to make a wonderful, easy dinner.
