Derby Day Wing Glaze

Ingredients:

• 1⁄4 cup Minced Red Onion
• 1 cup Cider Vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup Bourbon Whiskey
• 1⁄4 cup Brown Sugar
• 1 cup chopped mint

Directions:

Combine first 4 ingredients in a sauce pot over medium heat, whisking occasionally. Simmer 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and whisk in mint.
