A word from Dunc's Mill: Dunc’s Maple Rum starts in the earliest days of spring. We trudge through snowy acres in the hills around Dunc’s Mill, tapping hundreds of native sugar maple trees. We then slowly boil the collected sap, producing a sweet, robust syrup, and add it to our sugarcane rum.
