Fudge Sauce

Ingredients
6 oz. high-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Preparation
Melt chocolate in top of double boiler until melted.

Add heavy cream, corn syrup, and vanilla extract and whisk until smooth.  Remove from heat.

Chill.
