1 cup vinegar
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beer
4 chicken halves
To start out, before grilling: Parboil chicken in water till almost fully cooked. Remove from boiling water.
Mix vinegar, butter, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and beer together.
Heat mixture in sauté pan. Brush mixture on chicken.
You can smoke chicken by using a smoker box. Soak dried hickory or maple wood chips in water. Place in smoker box. Let cook till browned and chicken is no longer pink on the inside.
