Grilled Salmon & Cucumber Dill Sauce

4 salmon fillets (8 oz. each)
2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded, and diced
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons dill
1/2 cup red onion, diced

To make the cucumber dill sauce/salsa, mix together all ingredients except salmon.

In blender, blend half the mixture, until smooth.  Save half of mixture to use as a salsa.

Place salmon on grill.  Grill for 5-to-6 minutes per side, until salmon is opaque.  Salmon can also be cooked on a water-soaked cedar plank board placed on the grill.

Remove and drizzle cucumber sauce over grilled salmon.

Serve with cucumber dill salsa.
