Maple French Dressing

Ingredients
2/3 cup dark Vermont maple syrup
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed

Preparation
Blend together ingredients in order in a small bowl. 

Pour dressing into glass jar or cruet.

Delicious on any fresh tossed salad, as baste for chicken or fish, and as a dipping sauce
