Maple Glazed Dill Parsnips

6-8 parsnips, sliced
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
Pinch of salt
Pinch of pepper
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon dill

Steam sliced parsnips until tender.

Melt butter in skillet; add parsnips, maple syrup, salt, pepper, and dill.  Sauté until heated through. 

Remove from heat and serve.

Makes 4 side-dish servings.
