Maple Vinaigrette Dressing with Fresh Salad Greens

Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup Vermont Maple Syrup
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Preparation
Combine all ingredients.
Pour desired amount over fresh greens.
Refrigerate remaining dressing. It will keep for several weeks.
