Ingredients
2 bags of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions
1 pint Ben and Jerry’s vanilla ice cream
1 pint Ben and jerry’s coffee ice cream

Preparation
Press 2 cups of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions in a greased spring form pan.

Spread 1 pint of Ben and Jerry’s vanilla ice cream over crumbs.  Place in freezer until firm.

Press 2 cups of Simply Divine Brownies’ Sweet Conclusions on top of vanilla ice cream.

Spread 1 pint of Ben and Jerry’s coffee ice cream over crumbs.  Place in freezer until frozen.

Make Fudge Sauce (recipe follows) while the cake freezes.  When cake is frozen, spread chilled sauce over top of cake.

Top each serving with a dollop of whipped cream.

Fudge Sauce Ingredients
6 oz. high-quality semisweet chocolate, chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract

Fudge Sauce Preparation
Heat chocolate in top of double boiler until melted.

Add heavy cream, corn syrup, and vanilla extract.  Whisk until smooth.

Remove from heat.  Chill.
