Roasted Red Pepper Hummus Pitas
1/2 cup olive oil
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
Roasted red pepper hummus (or your favorite hummus)
Salt and pepper, to taste
Slice pitas in half.
Brush pitas with olive oil and chopped garlic mixture.
Place on grill or hot skillet till golden brown.
Cut in triangles.
Arrange on plate around hummus.
