Tuna Salad Swiss Melt
Fanny Mason Cheese, Walpole, New Hampshire
1 can Italian-style tuna, canned in oil
Fanny Mason Smoked Baby Swiss
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 tablespoon capers
1 whole tomato, seeded and diced
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 whole small red onion, chopped
3 tablespoons Italian parsley, chopped
2 tablespoons virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Combine all ingredients except crustini.
Serve with crustini topped with Fanny Mason Smoked Baby Swiss cheese and toasted until golden brown in the oven.
