Roasted New Potatoes

1 lb. baby new potatoes
1 spring rosemary
4 cloves garlic, crushed
4 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and fresh ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Remove rosemary from stem.
Crush garlic cloves with blunt side of chef knife.
Toss potatoes with olive oil, rosemary leaves, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place in small roasting pan in oven for 30-45 minutes, depending on size (until fork tender).
