4 Roma tomatoes, quartered lengthwise
4 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Quarter tomatoes and toss with crushed garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Roast in oven on small sheet pan until blistering and soft (about 7-10 minutes) .
